Vocalist Lisa O'Reilly is the newest member of the band, and she gives credit for her vocal style to her mother, who sang professionally during the Big Band years of the 1940's.  Lisa's influences include Ella Fitzgerald, Natalie Cole, Sarah Vaughn, and Diana Krall.  Audience members have compared her expressive vocals to Peggy Lee and Linda Ronstadt.  "For me", Lisa says about her singing, "it's all about the lyrics, and being emotionally honest.  My job is to tell the story in a way that truly connects with the audience."  She is happy to be married to the band's saxophone player.
